Kendra McNulty

Kendra enjoys pushing clients to be their best by setting an example in her own personal fitness. She designs healthy exercise programs to meet her client's goal. In addition, she specializes in high energy, high intensity workouts for people that are looking for a challenge. Kendra is a certified Personal Trainer, SPINNING instrtructor, TRX Suspension trainer and Fitness Nutrition Coach. With over 15 years experience in the fitness industry she knows to challenge and encourage her clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using functional exercise and sound nutritional planning and incorporate it into a lifestyle. She loves to inspire and motivate all whom she comes into contact with. Her focus is to teach people how to live a healthy, active life and enjoy every moment. A Temecula resident for the past 7 years, Kendra loves spending time with family. When she finds free time, you will probably find her hitting the trails for some long runs or just chilling out meditating or reading. She enjoys hiking, skiing and surfing, just about anything outdoors. Kendra is a lighthearted, fun-loving spirit who enjoys sharing a smile with all whom she comes in contact.

Shannon Scott

For Shannon, being a yoga instructor came as a second career. After 20 years as a professional interior designer she decided it was time to follow her "other" passion and finally teach what she preached. Having a physically active lifestyle has always been important to Shannon. From competitive swimming, skiing and field sports in her youth to aerobic dance in her 20's ( remember leg warmers and headbands?) Finally hitting her srtide in her 30's when she discovered weight training and running. In 2004 at age 38, Shannon ran her first full Marathon. Realizing she was now "addicted" to distance running, she turned to spinning and yoga to balance her workouts. With a husband, three kids and a career, yoga struck a particular cord. Bringing a sense of tranquility, inner focus and strength, yoga was the "missing link" she was looking for. In 2005, she decided to follow the path to becoming an instructor. Yogafit training systems in Hermosa Beach had what she was looking for and she decided to enroll in their comprehensive program. In 2010, she took her training a little farther and became a certified group fitness instructor with AFAA.A Temecula resident since 1993, Shannon loves spending time with her family, freinds and her beloved Great Danes. She loves weekends with her family on the Colorado River, skiing Mammoth in the winters and hiking with her freinds whenever she get a chance. She is an avid cook and loves spending time developing new recipes with her freinds. Always smiling, Shannon has a contagious positive attitude and genuine love of life.

Katie Donatelli

Katie has a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from CSU of Long Beach. She also has a California's Teaching Credential in Physical Education and Math. Katie holds 5 different certifications which add to her well rounded repertoire of training. She is ACE Certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training as well as certified in PiYo ( Pilates Yoga hybrid class), Mat Pilates through Sara City West , and Pilates Reformer Certified through Balance Body. Katie's Pilates journey began in 2000 when she began teaching Mat and Yoga classes. After years of teaching STEP and Kickboxing, this was exactly what she needed. Pilates not only changed her body, but saved her back and allows her to challenge her body with all the outdoor activities she likes to do. She is passionate about fitness and loves motivating people to get started on their fitness journey. Katie has had 2 C-Sections, two regular deliveries, and experienced 35-40 pounds of weight gain with each baby, so she understands what it takes to regain your fitness and change your body. It is her hope that in some way she can motivate you to get healthy and reach your goals!!
Kate is the proud mother of three daughters and one son so she believes in a healthy balance of family, personal time and career. She has been in the fitness industry for 26 years and absolutely loves it!! During the winter she is a Snow Skiing Instrictor and Race Coach up in Big Bear on the weekends. Katie also enjoys running, surfing, swimming, cycling and keeping up with her kids. She has a lot of experience in Coaching Swimming. Katie has been coaching swimming at Great Oak High School for the past few years. So if you're a Tri-Athlete, she 'd be happy to offer some stroke and technique work in the pool. Katie looks forward to meeting you soon and helping you begin or continue your Pilates Journey!!
